Understanding NextSteps Access Control
NextSteps provides two levels of access control:
- Team-level access
- Individual journey access

Managing Team Access
Team access allows members to view and edit all journeys linked to that team.
Steps to Add Team Members:
- Navigate to the NextSteps dashboard.
- Locate and click on the team menu icon.
- Select "Members" from the dropdown menu.
- Follow the prompts to add new team members.
Managing Individual Journey Access
Individual journey access allows you to grant access to specific journeys without giving access to all team content.
Steps to Add Collaborators to a Single Journey:
Method 1: From the Dashboard
- On the NextSteps dashboard, find the journey you want to share.
- Click on the journey menu icon.
- Select "Access" from the dropdown menu.

Method 2: From the Journey Builder
- Open the journey in the Journey Builder.
- Click on the menu icon in the top right corner.

Accepting Invitations
When you're invited to collaborate:

- Click on "Open Journey" in the email to access the shared content.
- For stand-alone journey invitations, the journey will appear in your "Shared with Me" team folder.
