Creating and Editing a Response Card

Response cards give the viewer, or journey goer, the opportunity to engage or respond to the journey creator/s. Usually, as journey creators, you have a desired primary outcome that you would like the journey goer to take, so you must build that primary outcome pathway into the journey.

You may also create other response options for the journey goer as well, recognizing that their 'relevant next step' may not yet align with your primary desired outcome. These response options would allow the journey goer to take other steps in their journey, before possibly returning to take the one you most desired them to take. This is a user-centered approach that values and affirms where the journey goer is in their personal exploration or walk of faith.
